Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Free from perfume, stains, makeup, damage or alteration.
- Returned with original tags, packaging and invoice/order details.
- In a condition suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Products
Products marked as non-returnable, products damaged after delivery, used or washed products, and items returned without original tags may not be accepted. Products purchased during a final sale may also be excluded from return or exchange.

- Share clear photos or a short video if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
Size Exchange
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution such as store credit or a refund, subject to our review and applicable conditions.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the applicable order and payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges, if any, will depend on the reason for the return and the outcome of the review. We will share the applicable instructions before the product is shipped back.
